Eventflow, the award-winning event operations platform, has added two new automotive events to its client base, with the new London International Motor Show and Motorsport Technology Expo UK selecting the solution.
The decision by both organisers to implement Eventflow underscores the platform’s flexibility and versatility in powering event delivery, from large-scale public exhibitions to specialist trade shows.
The London International Motor Show is a new event, taking place from 26-28 February 2027 at Excel London, rebooting the historic London Motor Show whilst incorporating an international flavour following the loss of the Geneva Motor Show in 2024. The exhibition expects to welcome more than 100 exhibitors and over 75,000 visitors.
Hosted at the Farnborough International Conference & Exhibition Centre from 15-16 September 2026, Motorsport Technology Expo UK is an engineering-first exhibition that connects technical leaders, engineers, and decision-makers and showcases new components, systems, and engineering solutions across performance and safety.
Eventflow enables organisers to onboard and manage exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, partners, and other participants within a single branded experience. The solution offers a transformative experience for events ops teams, acting as the backbone of all interactions and enabling ops teams to focus on delivery and the exhibitor/visitor experience.

Christian Skelton, Co-Founder at Eventflow, shared: “We have a long history supporting automotive events, having originally been scoped to power Goodwood’s iconic Festival of Speed and Revival events in the UK, which we continue to work with today. The decision by organisers at both the London International Motor Show and Motorsport Technology Expo UK to partner with Eventflow highlights our versatility in managing high-profile events in this sector, regardless of their scale or complexity.”
