With months still to go before the doors open, BOE International 2027 is attracting an impressive mix of first-time exhibitors and established industry names, with companies from across Germany and Europe confirming their participation.

The 2027 edition of boe international continues to expand its reach and exhibitor portfolio. Next January, Dortmund will be welcoming first-time and ever-loyal providers of innovative event solutions, including IT, AV & Show Technology, Construction, Equipment, Marketing & Promotion, and Security, to engage with trade visitors with real projects and clear business objectives. This sees the programme shaping up nicely for the upcoming event.

The boe international is aimed at event planners, agencies, event organisations, companies and brands, as well as decision-makers from the industry and business world. At the venue, executives, budget managers, project managers, event technicians, and marketing, HR, and procurement professionals will find the right partners, new technologies, and reliable solutions for events, exhibitions, conferences, business gatherings, festivals, sporting events, and brand presentations.

New inspiration from home and abroad

The latest bookings also add international flair. Among those exhibiting at the boe international for the first time are Pelicano Expo from Spain, TorTer e-Design from Hungary, Matrix Frame with its Mobile Light Box, and Rentman from the Netherlands. Aluvision and ExpoFloor from Belgium are also returning to Dortmund.

From Germany and Austria, Ellermann, Best Systems, and smartEvents are just some of the new exhibitors joining the line-up. beMatrix, a supplier of modular exhibition stand systems, is also back again for the boe international. Faithful exhibitors from previous shows include Party Rent, Aventem, snapADDY, M.A. Systems and VON HAGEN DESIGN.

The ‘international trade fair for innovative event solutions’ connects providers, key stakeholders, and real-world initiatives from Germany and across the globe.

The scope ranges from exhibition stand construction, brand presentation, mobile presentation systems, and event furniture, through to event technology and digital event planning, winding up with the collection and processing of business contacts. The blend of fresh faces, loyal returners, and industry mainstays underlines the boe international’s role as the event industry’s key meeting place at the start of the year.
