For the upcoming year of 2027, the Capital City of Prague has once again announced the Tourism Support Programme. The grants are intended to support congresses, conferences, and other events held within the territory of the Capital City of Prague, taking place between January 1, 2027, and December 31, 2027.
Calls for grants are issued in two categories:
Measure I – To support multi-day association congresses and conferences for expert audiences (in 2 categories – I.A and I.B):
A: Support is intended for organising events with a minimum of 700 registered participants, of whom at least 40% are international attendees.
B: Support is intended for organising events with 300–699 registered participants, of whom at least 30% are international attendees.
Measure II – To support multi-day events of national or international significance with a benefit for inbound tourism (in 2 categories – II.A and II.B):
A: Support is intended for organising significant, publicly accessible multi-day events of national or international importance.
B: Support is intended for organising significant multi-day events of a conference nature that are held regularly/repeatedly and designed for both registered expert delegates and the general public, with a minimum attendance of 200 people.

Grants can only be awarded based on a grant application (form), which will be accessible online via the Financial Support Portal of the Capital City of Prague (Portál finanční podpory HMP) via the Applicant’s Profile during the submission period from September 21 to October 12, 2026. Applications must be submitted electronically only, in the following two steps: completing and submitting the application via the Financial Support Portal of the Capital City of Prague and subsequently sending the application via Data Box (Datová schránka).
