We start exploring the autochthonous hinterland of Istria in the company of a local truffle collector and his loyal dogs. You will participate in a true search for the famous Istrian truffle. The excitement will be continued with a visit to Motovun, Oprtalj, Završje and Grožnjan, four medieval Istrian towns located on picturesque hills in the hinterland of the peninsula, surrounded by vineyards, olive orchards and fields that will delight you with their original charm. The journey will be spiced up with a tour of one of the top Istrian olive growers and visit to the wine cellar where you will taste some of the most renowned Istrian wines and olive oils.
