FORMER FACTORY
In the spring of 2016, a new concept was introduced and brought to life in Pragovka, a legendary first—republic factory in the heart of the industrial area in Prague 9. Hosting occasional art ateliers and events in the past years, the venue is now transforming into a lively art centred district, seeking to create a collaborative environment and enabling a fruitful exchange of ideas among creative communities.
Beautiful industrial and large factory halls offer amazing possibilities from commercial events through exhibitions, trade shows, concerts and private parties to video and photo shootings. The area provides various unique buildings and spaces. Pragovka is also a great decision for filmmakers looking to shoot in Europe as Prague has long been known as one of the premier locations for its visually rich and cinematic qualities. Various international movies and photoshoots have already took place here.
