At Gösser Bräu Graz, guests from all around the world have been served traditional Austrian dishes in an unmistakably authentic atmosphere since 1902. Since 2005, the rustic inn has been run by the Grossauer family and has since created a culinary melting point for living tradition as well as unique taste experiences. Recently, the Gösser Bräu Graz has developed its app, which guests can use to order from home or on-site with the digital menu. In addition, they collect “pretzels” with every order and can exchange them for delicious promotions.
For them, eating is more than just taking in food – it is rather a culinary journey for all our senses. The team loves to feel the country air in our nostrils when they buy fresh ingredients from regional producers and traders. Furthermore, they love to get to grips with the characteristic features of the respective products in order to crystallise their specialness and create entirely new taste highlights. And above all, they love to spoil their guests with hearty home cooking. The venue is perfect for smaller events or as a unique culinary and cultural incentive experience.
