Unique design and boutique hotels are springing up like mushrooms across Southeast Europe. Among them, a new Serbian opening has caught our eye – the BIOGOR Wellness & Spa Hotel with a story that blends contemporary design and the serenity of pristine nature.

The new gem of Serbia’s tourist offer, the BIOGOR hotel, is tucked away in the embrace of nature, an hour’s drive from Belgrade. The hotel’s concept focuses on providing a digital detox and a return to nature. Guests are encouraged to leave their phones in their rooms as they venture into the thermal water of the hotel’s stunning outdoor pool. The hotel also offers a spa ideal for relaxing.

The hotel offers 50 rooms, including luxury apartments with jacuzzi tubs on the terraces. Additional facilities include conference rooms, one larger for 200 people and several smaller ones.

Seeping into the natural surroundings

The architects used warm tones, wood and stone that dominate the interior and connect the architectural style with the green nature. A carefully crafted lobby with secluded corners for reading is perfect for a reading session. On top of that, no distractions help guests unwind from their busy every day.

The gastronomy is centred on fresh local ingredients and authentic Serbian tastes. In case of good weather, event organisers can host an outdoor event and order the hotel’s superb catering. Guests can relish excellent cuisine in the hotel’s Gorun Restaurant or enjoy a deserved beverage at the hotel’s cosy bar.

BIOGOR wellness & spa is located in the tourist village of Sisevac, known for its untouched nature and rich activities throughout the year. The hotel is set in a river valley near the medieval Monastery of Sisojevac, surrounded by lush forests.
