This journey illustrates the seamless integration: attendees and sponsors register via Cvent, and their information is then used to create profiles in Krowden. Sponsors input their availability for 1-on-1 meetings, roundtables, and other activity sessions through Krowden. Subsequently, attendees are invited to browse these opportunities and book 1-on-1 meetings. Both parties receive their personalised schedules before the event via email and within the Cvent app. The integration allows for continued scheduling within the event app during the event.
Krowden’s Onsite Success Team further supports the event by leveraging their experience and onsite meeting tools to streamline meeting check-in and manage no-shows, consistently achieving show-up rates of 90% and higher.
