The program began at the Port of Dubrovnik and continued on to the Ferry boat “Sveti Stefan” on their way to the second secret destination, Montenegro. This warm greeting was followed by a welcome dinner in the wonderful boat restaurant. During the night the participants had the opportunity to utilize five stages with different kinds of music, as they were cruising from Croatia to Montenegro and overlooking the sea on the panoramic terrace.

The second day started with a conference on the Summer Stage in Cetinje, upon arrival the consultants tasted local donuts with honey, Montenegrin coffee and tea. When they finished with the conference at the Amphitheater they went to the National Park Lovcen. At the National Park Lovcen the consultants were organized into teams that participated in numerous activities ranging from a triathlon, to paint balling, not to mention zip lining, high rope course, archery, sling shooting, tennis, handball, as well as basketball. The evening began with an unusual dinner on the Fortress Mamula and awards were being given out to the best employees. Participants enjoyed a spectacular acrobatic show,a Gipsy band “Dejan Petrovic” and DJs.

The participants had the unusually striking experience of sleeping in the prison cells. The next morning, the consultants enjoyed a nice breakfast right before leaving the Fort by boat.Along with the music, the food, the pool, awaited Montenegro National Water-pool team otherwise known as Montenegro Shark’s.

Creativity

The European sophistication and Montenegro’s natural beauty would motivate the consulting firms sales force to build upon the employee relationships while informing themselves about the different departments among the firm and therefore, helping to increase sales overall.

Innovation

Talas-M DMC took the challenge, creating an experience that was the very definition of a sustainable motivational event. Talas-M DMC designed a three-day event that combined rewarding participants with sustainable goals, appealed to an international audience. This careful balance was present in every element of the event. Netlight carried the brand throughout the event, threading it into the website, mobile communications, print materials, staging, décor.

Execution

Netlight utilized this event to motivate their staff. They wanted them to network and also build their knowledge about the company and the different departments. This trip is done yearly and there is always a waiting list as the interest is so high. This also means that it’s a great investment for the future and money is certainly well spent.

Hey! I am first heading line feel free to change me

Key challenges:
Talas-M DMC found a new way to combine two countries, only three days and five venues for a total of 500 participants. The key challenges were definetely on the Mamula Island. This was the first time that someone organized this kind of event on Fortress Mamula. This event included over 200 staff members who successfully accomplished their goal.

Measurable results:
Netlight wanted their staff to gain knowledge about their products and be more efficient. Part of the learning process is to have this event at places where people have not had the opportunity of visiting before and for their seminars to take place in different environments such as the amphitheater or a boat as was the case with this trip.

Event Communication:
Talas-M DMC had really good communication with agents from Sweden and with the suppliers as well. This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for much of the staff and for a majority of them it was the first time experiencing the island and a rare opportunity to enjoy the finer things in life.

After Event: Sustainable solution
This event is proof that Talas-M DMC is capable of organizing huge events and unique ideas in unusual locations in the country of Montenegro.
