Ljubljana hosted two esteemed scientific conferences

Scientific conferences, where the echoes of jovial debates of scientific experts fill the cavernous halls of Cankarjev dom, have become a hallmark of the famed venue in the heart of Ljubljana. Recently, the venue hosted a regional congress entitled Clinical Frontiers in Pediatric Neurology and the 8th EPNS Research Meeting, both organised by the European Paediatric Neurology Society.

Commenting on the challenges of organising the event, Tina Kramberger, Project Manager at Cankarjev dom, stressed: “As with any organisation, this conference also brings challenges. It attests to the fact that event organisation is complex. It is easiest to host an event when the tasks are clearly divided. Our partners for this project are recognised experts who are already professionally engaged to a large extent, but at the same time, face the challenges of organising an international event. We are happy to help them with the experience and services of a professional congress organiser while they focus on the content, selecting suitable speakers and other key tasks. The goal here is that the project manager on the PCO side has a good understanding of the set goals and expectations so that all efforts can go in the right direction.”

We are proud to share that Cankarjev dom will also host the CFPN meeting in October next year.”
