Velana Living is a renowned furniture and décor showroom located in Ljubljana. With a rich history dating back to 1948, when the company began as a manufacturer of bespoke curtains, it now offers a wide range of home products, including furniture, decorative elements, textiles and lighting. At the same time, it has transformed its heritage into an event venue where industrial charm meets contemporary design.
The spaces now home to Velana Living were once used for the industrial production of curtains. This historical character is still present today, as the company continues the tradition of designing and installing bespoke curtains, creating a distinctive atmosphere for every interior. Today, the venue hosts a wide range of corporate events as well as music concerts. The event space extends across 1,500 square metres, where the industrial charm of the former production facility provides a warm and distinctive setting.
After the event, participants can also visit the furniture showroom, which features a carefully curated selection of boutique pieces of furniture, rugs, lighting and decorative items from around the world. Particularly noteworthy are the unique solid pieces made from raw, natural materials, as well as handcrafted designs.
